Buffista Music II: Wrath of Chaka Khan

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

That doesn't violate Gmail's TOS, does it?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Songs in lists ...

I look more rad than Lutheranism

The way we've done them in the past is that interested parties choose a topic, then someone organizes a list of everyone who wants to be involved. When it's your turn, you either email a song (plus liner notes) to the account or you can upload the song by mailing it from the account to the account.

That's a nifty idea!

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Songs in lists ...

Reminds me of that Powerpoint version of the Gettysburg Address.

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

Songs in lists ...

This is beautiful. Someone needs to collect all of those. Someone, not me.

Up with the sun

I'm reading it now. Am in awe of the project.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Huh. They don't do a thing for me.

A fellow makes himself conspicuous when he throws soft-boiled eggs at the electric fan.

Tommyrot, you had me at "build a killer robot" ...

I'm in. Even if killer robots aren't involved.

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

I'm up for the gmail thing. It does violate the TOS, I think, but filesharing is gmail's killer app so I doubt they'll mind.

I'm amazed that no-one's talked about the Arcade Fire album - apart from Jon B who dissed it - here. Right now it's the best thing I've heard all year.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Unearned climaxes!
