I've just FINALLY discovered the reason that copies haven't made it to
all the contributors -- we're sold out!
We have a rush reprint in the works but it will probably be about 3
weeks before books are on hand.
I'm sorry for the delay -- but obviously we wanted to ship store orders
(and paid orders) first.
