Simon: I'm trying to put this as delicately as I can... How do I know you won't kill me in my sleep? Mal: You don't know me, son. So let me explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

Buffista Music II: Wrath of Chaka Khan

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

Scientifically proven to be the best Christmas music ever

At the risk of sounding like the Flat Earth Society's music critic: nuh uh! This is the best Christmas music ever. (Okay, maybe not, but it is better than the stuff with the QED stamp.)

The pigwanking was, to use an unfortunate phrase, a storm in a teacup.

Are you sure that's not, "The pigwanking, to use an unfortunate phrase, was a storm in a teacup"?

ETA: Sllloooowwww downloads today from the Hound, but it really is a great tune so be patient.

A fellow makes himself conspicuous when he throws soft-boiled eggs at the electric fan.

A friend (Joe Boucher will probably guess who) has given me an enormous amount of music from a band called Accordion Tribe.

Adding at least 50% more accordion to my day has been a huge improvement. Highly recommended.

What's the RDA for accordion music, anyway?
