The Shins kick ass.

Errr....I'm less than enthused about "Caring is Creepy," but I like "New Slang."

I think I'm going to listen to this CD nonstop. (And the movie comes out on DVD on Dec. 28, and you can damn betcha I'm getting it that day. I ended up liking it as much as -- maybe even more than -- Lost in Translation.)

I bought comics for you today, SA.

Another excellent soundtrack, by the by.

I like "New Slang."

I have a bunch of their tracks. It's really worth purchasing their album, though.

You didn't! You did! I love you! What did you buy, if I'm allowed to ask.

Wow, high praise. I really like "Let go", so I may have to buy this cd.

TT #17 & #18 (and I'll get #19 when it comes out) -- the kick-ass, fucked-up Titans Tomorrow storyline.

Sweet! This was the dystopic thing everyone was talking about for awhile, right? Cool.

Yes! You SO need it. It kicks ass. It's so beautifully fucked-up. Total Wish-verse.

Seriously. You rock beyond a rocking thing. I was thinking of you today as I was talking with Am-Chau, about how excited I am that you're the first thing I get to see when I get back to the States. It makes me happy thinking about it.

Okay, this is not the love-on-Steph thread. Though I think there should be a bullshit consensus on forming one.

::weeping::

S'okay -- I gotta go forage for dinner and then be social. All I really want to do is listen to this CD all night. I'm an obsessive little Teppycat.

And I gotta go to bed. It's midnight and tomorrow I have to get up and see Fay. ::tries to hide her slightly smug grin. fails::

It's rather gauche to follow your own post, but look at me, breaking rules.

Either Katie Melua or someone from Pop Idol/The X Factor is on cd:uk right now and absolutely butchering "So This is Christmas." I think I might just want to gouge my eyes out with her pointy boots.

But before This Random Bad Singer, The Darkness were being generally weird and Christmas-y at the same time, which was rather enjoyable.
