David -- I went to Borders to by LitG and found one copy. I have 3 friends that need your book (as a gift from me, you know) and that was the last copy in town. Barnes and Noble told me that they couldn't order it as it was already backordered.
I'm hoping against hope that Amazon can get it to me by next Wednesday, since I ordered it (on December 6-ish) for my brother's Xmas gift. (As a backup gift, I bought him a SPAM calendar. The "food," not the junk-mail phenomenon.)
Although a lovely calendar made up of everyone's favorite "spam" messages would also make a good present.
The women in that Rhino card are terrifying.

It's hard to tell. Routledge has a problem with distribution, so asking for it and hearing about back orders is encouraging. The fact that I can't find it in any bookstores (except Booksmith) is less fun, but I'm hoping it will sort out.

I think I might have been listening to him talking about it on Fresh Air when the Christmas music recommendations were flying, but... well, I've been drinking a lot lately. I found it at Borders in Boston today. Checkout clerk commented on the cool cover.
That makes the third copy I've bought. I got two from Amazon for gifts. I'd ordered a third from them (along with RotK EE), but between the two, Amazon was saying they wouldn't ship until FEBRUARY! It's not worth the savings to me to wait that long, or until they get their shit together if they're just over-estimating, so I cancelled. Bah!
But I have it in my possession. Soon will have RotK EE as well.
That makes the third copy I've bought.
