Flogging Molly is actually from LA, oddly enough. The only Irish punk band that's actually Irish, afaik, were the Pogues. Black 47 are New Yorkers, and Dropkick Murphys are from Boston.

Yeah, they were from Belfast, but they didn't have much of the Celtic in their music, as I recall. Haven't listened to them in a while, tho, so maybe I'm wrong. VERY punk, tho.
