There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.
I bought the new Morrissey CD/DVD "You Are the Quarry" this weekend. On first listening I love or like all the songs - very typical Morrissey fare - with uplifting music and depressing lyrics.
Thx Polter-Cow.
Hey Steph, do you have any interest in African music? I can put together a comp for you if you want.
Oooh! I *do* want! That would be great!
Okay, I'll get to work on that. You can email your address to me at pritchkate (at) hotmail (dot) com.
Hey, Hec, where's yr tagline from?
Hey superhottie Rio! P-Cow speaks true - it's Joss commentary from Firefly.

Is there a Nick Drake song called something like "Mayfair"? Because I've heard a song that may be titled something like that used in an ad for something twice. (Well, I've seen the ad twice and I still couldn't tell you what it was for.)
Yep. It's on Fruit Tree (the box) and Time Of No Reply (the outtakes).
Ha! That's an ad for my employer! (MetLife) Freaked me out when they played the set of ads at one of our employee assemblies.
