Thanks, guys. I think the introductory interviews went fine. The last place I spoke with is very small, but hires people on by the hour for specific projects. They asked if I would be interested in doing some of that sort of work, and I said that I absolutely would.
Hopefully the other places will also keep me in mind when they have new opportunities. My project for today: thank you letters. Next week I start trying to develop a strategy.
At least the interview person said it was a tough decision and that if there had been two openings, I would have the other one. That's some consolation.

I took too tylenol yesterday at work since I can't take ibuprofen or aspirin and I had a wicked headache. 20 minutes later I had trouble breathing, felt light headed, nauseated, my hands swelled up, and was doubled over in pain -- same thing that happens when I take ibuprofen. Brent came and picked me up. At home I was sick, took benadryl and then passed out in bed for 3 hours.
Such fun!
