No. You're missing the point. The design of the thing is functional. The plan is not to shoot you. The plan is to get the girl. If there's no girl, then the plan, well, is like the room.

Happy Birthday Ouise!

Did you have a party? :)

Meeg! I missed you when you came back from lunch. Hope you have a lovely sinus-sparing flight.

It was a lovely flight - my head only exploded once. The new antihistamine spray might actually be working though. I'll see how I feel in a few days.

So, is there no D&D game tonight? Brent went to get an earlier flight to be home in time for the game so he might show up at your house Elena. He's probably tired since we didn't sleep at all in the tiny double bed my parents have.

We're off to a local burger joint for lunch called "(secret location) Burger". I used to eat at this place when I worked in (secret location) every summer when I was in university. It's a total dive but I think my mom is feeling nostalgic. My sister (who has really short bright red spikey hair) is coming up to join us. I think my dad is happy that we just have weird hair and not weird piercings or tattoos.

Yesterday we saw all of our former NS friends who have moved to Ontario. My mom hosted a little BBQ so it was a nice evening. The kids were super cute and well behaved.

Better go and stop frelling around on the computer. I'll probably post again later.

Thanks for all the fish.

Megan, there is D&D tonight, no worries on that score. Though if B did show up on our doorstep we'd probably just feed him and send him off home.

I'm glad your head is okay and that (secret location) is fun. Is it terribly, horribly hot?

Hi Megan!

It rained the first two days we were here, at Brent's parent's house, but today is nice and sunny and warm. Yesterday was nice too for the BBQ on my parent's deck. Tonight I'm probably going to see Finding Nemo with my mom at the tiny theatre here in the village.

Hi Sue! How's life at the hell hole office?

has anyone answered Sheryl's post in Apocolypse?

Things at the office are very quiet. Which is good.

has anyone answered Sheryl's post in Apocolypse?

Ooh, no. I meant to email her this weekend and tell her to get over here and we could make tentative plans... But it's possible soemone else has emailed her.

Okay, I just emailed her, and linked her here. I figure we can find out whose available, and days and stuff here, then move to e-mail when we get more specific with our planning.

Thanks for all the fish.

Did you see how I'm going to be in NYC from August 22nd to Sept 4th and thereby neatly manage to miss Sheryl? Stupid irony.

Poopie! But still, New York!

Sigh. I was thinking that if I don't go to Mexico, (Which I've pretty much given up on, thank you stupid Dalhousie.) I may try to got to NY for a long weekend or something in December. It's supposed to be great around Xmas, isn't it?

Thanks for all the fish.

Oh, I dunno, I only go there when it's hot as blazes.

And no shortage of folks for you to bunk with.
