'War Stories'

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

Drinks or Coffee is fine with me too.

Dani, I'm the same as Megan, I have one tape that I try to get 6 episodes on. I could tape it on Saturday but I probably wouldn't get it in the mail before Monday anyway, so I'd be no faster than Anita.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

if they're still doing it, I'll be there.

Yay! I'll let you know if it's still going on in Nov.

Thanks for all the fish.

Okay, Thursday, 8pm? (so 'Ouise will have time to grab a bite to eat) for coffee/drinks and talking? Where did we want to go? Is there a nice, comfortable drinkery place downtown?

Megan, my B is very interested in what you and your B's future plans are - I think because his friends are getting married and all of them want kids; you're right, it is very nice to know a couple who don't want them - so if you want to bring your B, I'll bring mine.

Thanks for all the fish.

Ladies, dear ones, for some unknown reason Firefly did not tape for me tonight... Is there any possibility of a loan?

Megan E. - Oct 05, 2002 6:13:47 am PDT #206 of 6793

Elena, I taped Firefly because B. was on the phone for the first 10 minutes with his friend who just got laid off. It's epidemic! I can led it to you no problem. Do you want me to drop it off at your work? Email me if you do (don't use profile since I can't seem to access canoemail at home).

Thanks for all the fish.

Thank you Megan. Insent.

Okay, so 8pm Thursday for coffee/drinks. Is there any place in particular that folks would like to go? Is there a coffee place downtown? They are so few and far between.

Hey, my sarcasm font seems to be stuck.

What about that new place Tribeca? I've never been so if anyone is morally opposed to it, I'll understand.

Tribeca is more of a restaurant than a coffee/drinks place.

Megan E. - Oct 05, 2002 10:01:18 pm PDT #210 of 6793

oh, I didn't know. I don't drink coffee so if that's what people want, I'll let someone else decide.

Thanks for all the fish.

Drinks, coffee, tea, milkshakes. The important thing is the getting together.

I amend the above statement - comfortable chairs are also important.

We can go to a restaurant and just order drinks. They love that.
