Hello - barging in again to ask whether any of you have the Buffy season opener on tape? DH taped over it before I could watch it (grrr arrgh), and while I've spoiled myself for what happened, I'd still like to see it.

Dani, I do, but it is currently on loan to a coworker. I'll be getting it back on Monday and will be happy to mail it to you then. (I just thought you might get a faster response) Mail me your address (profile e-mail is good) and I'll send it out first thing Monday.

I tape all the episodes and keep them so I wouldn't be able to mail my tape until after episode 6... that's not much of a help though, is it.

I'm fine with meeting for drinks. In fact, any time we want to have a low-cost get-together, I'd be happy to have people over. I don't have the equipment to make coffee, but I have lots of different teas (herbal and not) and could throw together a cake or something.

So is anyone interested in coming out to my brother's band's Funk Night? It's tomorrow night at the Olive - Nora and I will be headed there around 10:30 or 11:00. Any joiners?

I'm leaving on the 18th and coming back on Nov 1st...

I'm going to get my yearly exposure to small children. It keeps me from wanting them for myself.

It's going to be a regular thing in October - they're hoping for longer than that, but it depends on how big a crowd they draw. Hence the support from siblings.

It'll be November before I have a Friday off and am in town. But if they're still doing it, I'll be there.
