To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Ah, the revelations. Kennedy is hispanic, the first lesbian sex scene on netowrk television--and all this post-show.

I think that's all kind of the beauty of it...no one thought much about it because it was all so normal.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I thought Kennedy was supposed to be East Coast old money. Which is unlikely, if you're Latina.

Yes. Need more bisexuality on network (or any!) TV.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Sadly, I think the only bisexuality that your average network executive will tolerate is from his mistress. And maybe his wife if he gets to watch.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

instead of just pretending bisexuality didn't even exist.

While I agree with this last point, I think it's fine to have Willow be gay, not bisexual. But then again, I think that sexuality is pretty fluid. I have known some women who saw themselves as straight and then, later, gay. I think it's different than someone who sees herself as bisexual. So while I agree it would have been nice to have Willow see herself as bisexual, I think that "gay now" is equally valid.

Nobody

Kennedy was money, not old money. Someone in NAFDA (Madrigal, maybe?) objected to her having the name 'Kennedy' because old money wouldn't do that, and then we had this big conversation, because it was never said she was old money, and - in fact - as far as the East Coast is concerned, the Kennedy's aren't old money, either. So it probably got stuck in your head as a Kennedy fact, when it was just Buffistas being Buffistas.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

CJ was from L.A. Law, yes? Amanda Donahoe's character?

Was Bayliss actually bisexual? I thought he referred to himself as ::shudder:: bicurious.
