Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But .. but ... he had a pilot, Trudy. I'm pretty draconian myself, but the news that he had a pilot is an Angel spoiler?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

It's pretty clear at this point that somebody from Buffy is going to be on Angel. The incessant whiting has made that pretty clear.

So far, however, I don't know who, when, or for how long. I'd like to keep it that way.

People cross over from other shows. His having a pilot doesn't prevent appearing on Angel. ME SAYING he won't be on Angel, OTOH, sorta does and is what I was objecting to.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

we did know all summer after Season 5 that a) SMG was returning, as Buffy, and ASH was recurring. They were impossible to keep out without discussing nothing all summer long.

In additon to what ita said, that Nick had a pilot (and that pilot discussion didn't get the white font request) means he wasn't available for any shows, anyhow. That's the part I'm not getting. Talking that he shot a pilot/might have another show/might not is allowable to you, but saying he won't be on Angel (which he couldn't be anyhow, because the pilot could have gotten picked up) isn't allowable? Not to mention, it spoils nothing that is going to occur on screen. I mean, Bette Davis isn't going to be Angel, either.

I didn't say Nick's pilot was a spoiler. Go read my white font again. I clarified.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My simple assumption was that anyone who has another show isn't going to be on Angel. It hadn't occurred to me that was under debate.
