All right, yes, date and shop and hang out and go to school and save the world from unspeakable demons. You know, I wanna do girlie stuff!

Our wings are not tired.

FWIW, it appears that the first place I would try if the Phoenix and WX were both down seems to be unaffected.

In this instance, although I agree with the point in the event of future problems, I would like to not send an additional note to her because it just continues the attention loop.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I didn't see that. What happened?

He pretty much said, "I don't want to upset anyone, and I'm not looking for a way to sneak back in, but can someone tell me why the board is down?"

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

We can ban people from posting on WX, but I don't think we have that option on PF.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

He just asked what had happened to the Phoenix (as far as I saw, I don't know if he went over to NAFDA). I didn't think it was a big deal. Had he joined in the discussion, I would've had a problem.

I've been working on a song about the difference between analogy and metaphor.

I disagree, Trudy. We should correct the wording for any future warnings, but Zoe's posting of insults and threats in People's Forums clearly indicates that she's not willing to abide by community standards. I don't think we need to communicate with her any further.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

Can we actually enforce a ban beyond the borders of buffistas.org? With no teeth, a ban is unpointy.

We can at WX, right? I know you can ban users. As far as PF goes, Lance is a pretty cool guy and has done a lot of stuff for us to make us feel at contingency home over there (like putting our animated Stors up).

Personally, I feel at this point that we owe her nothing, and I have no problem with trying to get her at least kicked out of our forums on PF.

Up with the sun

I have no problem with him asking that question in that way. I agree that someone who we've banned joining the discussion (or, like Zoe, using a different folder as a personal playground) is a different thing.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Laura, ignoring her just made it worse, in this case.

Because when we were at PF, she was ignored, thanks to the blessed ENUF filter, and she just posted more and more and more. It made her worse when she came back here, too.

Attention, no attention--it didn't matter what we did. She just went into full-on SpamTroll mode.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

And how glad am I that I don't post under my real name?

So. Very. Glad.

And, of course, she spelled my username wrong. Again. On purpose, the bitch.

I know we're not supposed to, but I'm allowing myself to speculate on her mental capacity. I promise not to do so publicly.
