Although in one of the IG reels I watched there were a lot of people who were making comments that it was fake/staged (by Trump to make him look more sympathetic)...mostly based on people's reactions in the background and also Trump raising his fist and that the Secret Service didn't have him off the stage quicker. And claiming that no one was injured. Although the reports now are that a rally attendee died and someone else is in critical condition.
And that the shooter is dead.

I've seen several people mention that most candidates who survive assassination attempts don't get much of a bump in the polls, and most end up losing.
