I just got home from Mahjong with the girls and am feeling like a champion! We did two games and I won both! Pure luck and a lot of jokers on the 2nd one. But wow, that never happens.

You should definitely avoid touring the dead volcano.
Also stay away from cured ram scrota and fermented shark.
I actually toured the dead volcano (but I didn't go down into it) and tried the fermented shark (it wasn't that bad). The glacier lagoon and Thingvellir are both stunning.
Did The Lost Boys win anything? I know they were nominated for a bunch of Tonys.
The lighting designer won a Tony, and was in tech with me 2 days later.
