I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Vent - I have tried a couple of times the last week to call Mac. No call back, but he eventually responded to a text. He texted on Mother’s Day. He told me he would call of FT his grandmother, but only texted her also.

I decided to just call today until he picks up, it is his day off. I have called 4 times. I’ve left messages. Mostly ridiculous ones with me singing my message to him.

This is the last month I am paying his rent, he needs a plan. He won’t talk with me.

Oh, Mac. I'm sorry. It is so little damn effort to do the minimum to make your life cushy, and yet.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Years ago my sister had two indoor-outdoor cats. When she was getting ready to move one of her retired neighbors came by and admitted that one of the cats was more indoor-indoor, with a brief jaunt between. He’d been coming by for an extra meal or three and keeping the neighbor company for years. My sister moved with one cat.

Matthew's mom is stressing me out. She was telling us there is no gas in town. None. Everyone is out here in TR and possibly in Greenville because of people doing panic runs on gas bc of the cyber attack.

I don't know how accurate it is, I'm not going to run out tonight and get gas. I'm off until Saturday but I do need gas. and I can't really go drive around trying to find it either. so this is kind of stressing me out. Mom wanted me to go check on her house but I'm not if that will happen while I'm off. This is so stupid and I hate feeling like - oh no! and also I feel like I should get bas because it's running low even though I KNOW that is part of the problem..

There is much cause for celebration today as we wish Toddson a very happy birthday. I know it is way too low a bar to wish you a better year than last year, so let me wish you the all the best in the year to come.

When she was getting ready to move one of her retired neighbors came by and admitted that one of the cats was more indoor-indoor, with a brief jaunt between.

Yes, I am quite chill with Mulder abandoning me if it is in favor of my neighbor. (her name is Laura!) Laura and I will coordinate in trying to get him to come back, but if he doesn't then I guess I will go north this summer without him. He'll miss out on the mice and chipmunks of the Adirondacks!

I'm sorry, askye. Before you venture I would call your normal gas station and see what the status really is.

Thrive to spite them

I realized I'm fine with gas because I work Saturday, have Sunday off, Work Monday and have tuesday off so I just need to get gas sometime around the weekend.

It's more the panic in the house and the stress that is the problem. It's also becoming an issue in NC. I talked to Mom and she's going to have her neighbor check on her place, she just wanted to make sure there wasn't a leak somewhere or something like that.

People should have learned with the toilet paper that hoarding just makes scarcity when there isn't an issue (yet). But people are filling up all their vehicles and multiple gas containers just to have gas and now it's hard to find gas.

Yikes I’m suddenly glad I got gas on Sunday??

I need to plan to take some time off, I have a lot of vacation time starting to pile up, but I’m about to switch projects at work (even though I just switched two months ago—apparently a good reputation is a dangerous thing) and don’t know when will be good or who will cover for me
