Sometimes I like my grilled cheese with some of Dave's whole grain bread, very country and leaning towards cheddar with some mustard.
Sometimes though I want more of a white bread where I focus on getting the outside golden by cooking it in butter and I'll have a mix of Gruyere and Munster or Havarti.
But doing the Brie with apple thing is also good.

Oooh, that sounds delish. I have tried incorporating cheddar cheese into pie crust for apple pie with not quite the results I'd hoped for, this Cheez It approach is intriguing!
