David that is an amazing dress.
Shir I've been thinking of you and Nilly.
Haven't posted much anywhere lately. I come home and I'm kind of peopled out. Need to get used to so many interactions in a day.
Work is ok for the most part. I have tbe next 4 days off since I was going to my aunt's memorial but I'm not now (per mom's request). I also volunteering tomorrow and Friday for a few hours and then don't know about the weekend.
Shir and Nilly, thanks for checking in. Much love to you and your families.
David, that dress is fabulous!
The dress will look amazing on Matilda.
Hivemind help requested. My MIL has been having a lot of trouble sleeping, mostly from restless leg, but probably a whole lot of reasons. My SIL suggested CBD gummies, but I my head is hurting from looking at all the options out there. Anyone use anything with success?
All the love to you, Shir and Nilly, and thank you for checking in here. It means so much to see you.

Is she taking meds for restless leg syndrome? Because that would be the first place to start.
She is The Worst when it comes to taking any medication, hence her doctor suggested the gummies as an option. Although the doctor didn't actually suggest anything in particular. Seriously, so many of her issues could be handled with meds but her list of arguments is long, and annoying. Her family is tired of trying to talk her into it, but since she seems willing to try the gummies we are jumping on it.

That is SO frustrating! Sheesh.
since she seems willing to try the gummies we are jumping on it.
In that case, a good starting dose of CBD for sleep is 25 mg.
Is it definitely restless leg syndrome proper? Because I'm pretty sure the magnesium I started taking as a sleep aid also helps me avoid the foot and leg cramps that plague my family at night. (I still get some, but not terrible)
Magnesium is also a recommended supplement for migraines, apropos of nothing specific.
I'll try and sneak anything into her! My BIL cooks a lot for her. We are going to see what we can sneak into her food for supplements. He cooks a lot of Bahamian dishes with rice and veggies and soups and stews so it is easy to add anything. Since she says she will take gummies they do have melatonin with magnesium as an option.
