I would like to be made into bling and ink.
Seems fitting.
David, your words about the tapestry and then Einstein undid me and are so beautiful. Having that space where people can commune with Jacqueline's presence out of time is a lovely thought.
Being here tonight is... yeah.
Awwww. Will she be set atop the double Winona?
Yes, she would.
Thanks for the math, sarameg! Plus appendix by dcp.
And now Jacqueline. It’s not fair.
This is where I’ve been stuck. For weeks. It’s not fucking FAIR. I feel like a little kid stomping my feet in a tantrum, wailing about how it’s just not fair.
Also, urn math is beyond me. I can’t figure volumes.

Apparently, that’s what I can be good for. So feel free to query me or other mathys.
Nice allusion, shrift
If it helps, 8 cups=4 pints=2 qts= half gallon. Approx 2 liters.
I love the box reuse and luggage tags Beverly!
I am so boring with my plain old plot in an ordinary cemetery. It’s nice to lie down on it occasionally, though.
I am glad to think of JZ haunting the house: The smell of ink, and a tiny chill the hair on my neck.
I am also stuck on the unfairness of it all.
I love the idea of Jacqueline's urn sitting on that desk. It's just so perfectly her. And the desk story definitely hits differently reading it again now.
ltc is packed and ready to go for the first day of 2nd grade tomorrow. Hopefully she'll get enough sleep tonight.

I've found a list of local-ish places that do green burials. I need to actually call them and set up a tour and ask about pricing and suchlike, but at least it's the beginnings of a plan.
Second grade?? I don’t believe it!!
