I’m so sorry Cass.

Natter 77: I miss my friends. I miss my enemies. I miss the people I talked to every day.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Back home.
Even with a seamless trip it's a grind.
But we did manage to go out to brunch twice, which is a nice new thing for Jacqueline.
Mostly she wants to sleep and her appetite is wonky but she dug in.
Tina passed suddenly, but I'm grateful, since she tended to be an anxious little kitty, that no hard choices were required. Hec, glad to read that JZ is feeling more lively.(ETA)
Timelies all!
I'm sorry, Cass.
Back from Balticon. It was a good con.
I’m glad the con was good. You guys need some decompression time.
A big article just dropped about the toxic culture on Lost: [link]
Whoa, that's quite a read. At least Lindelhof had the self-awareness to appear shamed and remorseful by all the accounts that the writer brought up. Cuse's responses sound very much like "How could I, a powerful white man with the latitude to fire anyone I wanted, possibly have done anything wrong?"
Damn. And Javier Grillo-Marxuach expands even more in a statement linked here: [link]
And that's just one chapter of her book where she talks about other shows like SNL and Sleepy Hollow.
It's really interesting, given that Lindelhof went on to make the Watchmen series. (Interesting, in the sense that nothing excuses creating or supporting that kind of shitty environment.) It seems like he's learned better, for whatever that's worth to people.
