I think only one per show, so can't be Tara. Quentin is a good choice, as it kind of killed off the show as well.

Sorry, but it was, "Let's be careful out there". We watched this religiously at the time. Esterhaus's death was a real, huge shock, second only to Henry Blake's in M*A*S*H. The difference here being that it was actually the actor who died.
