A ghost? What's the deal? Is every frat on this campus haunted? And if so, why do people keep coming to these parties, cause it's not the snacks.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Slate just did a whole package about fictional deaths, so you might find some inspiration there? To me the answer after Joyce Summers is always Wallace on the Wire.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Grey’s Anatomy is ripe for this on character deaths.

Gary on 30Something was devastating.

Jimmy Smits on NYPD BLUE

And Mr Hooper on Sesame Street.

The Walking Dead is similar to Greys in having many options.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

How about Pa'u Zotoh Zhaan, in Farscape? She died in season 3.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

My nephew's celebration of life is scheduled for early September. Right after my last round of chemo. I'm still alternating between heartbroken and so mad at him for taking his own life when I'm going through so much shit trying to extend mine.
That's a lot, Epic. I think its good that you're being honest about those feelings.

Because books.

David, what about MacLean Stevenson/Henry Blake on MASH?

Also, hi, everybody. ::waves::

Because books.

Ah, Henry Blake is taken.

One death that was really a shock and a heartbreaker for me was Adriana on The Sopranos.

Also, Mr. Hooper from Sesame Street is a great one, which someone (I forgot to reread!) mentioned above.
