We're giving up on getting the results tonight. So instead of my watching Inventing Anna alone, ltc and I are going to be watching Encanto again while TCG is at a meeting. It's a good thing I really like Encanto.

Realtor and contractor came today and spent an hour! They have been in discussion with my realtor for a week and a half. They went through stuff with realtor for 45 minutes then sat out front in my front yard for another 15 minutes talking. I spoke to them a few minutes before my realtor got here. Both are very familiar with my neighborhood and know what all has been done to the other houses. Anyway, apparently the contractor just loved the house, layout, and possibilities. The potential buyer plans to do big things like add a second floor, or build another wing or something. My realtor said that both the purchase price and extensive renovations are well within their budget. So, hoping that this is the one. I am so ready.

Yay something off the list, ND! I currently have a to do list that mostly involves “big other people to get me their updates or do things” which is frustrating but also better somehow?
I would like a cute fridge but I’d have to redo the whole style of my kitchen I think—the cute fridge wouldn’t match the stove/microwave/dishwasher. So I’d have to get cute ones of those too!
