Our wings are not tired

Well, I got the Pro Tools edits completed that were needed, so that's at least one things completely off the list.

Yay something off the list, ND! I currently have a to do list that mostly involves “big other people to get me their updates or do things” which is frustrating but also better somehow?

I would like a cute fridge but I’d have to redo the whole style of my kitchen I think—the cute fridge wouldn’t match the stove/microwave/dishwasher. So I’d have to get cute ones of those too!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

It was 80 yesterday. It's currently 46, and tonight it will be 29. And tomorrow, freezing rain!

You've got friends to have good times with. When you need to share the trauma of a badly-written book with someone, that's when you go to family.

I wouldn't mind the Signal Blue or the Moss Green.

Those are both excellent choices! I considered the Signal Blue myself, but thought "Nah, you're spending pretend money, get what you really want".

sj, I like both of those!

ND, I am using Google Reminders for things like "Hey, go change the sheets", so from here you're doing okay.

Laura, may something good come from that. And happy birthday!

Dana's weather is broken.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

You know, I remember reading once that from the point of view of statistical analysis, the most accurate weather forecasting model was just saying that tomorrow will be like today. I wonder if that's still true.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Brrr, Dana! 47 here, which we are absolutely not used to, and the rest of this week has predicted lows in the 30s. My whole body is shriveling at the thought of it.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

It's been such a cold winter here that when it's in the high 30s I've been going without a coat and been joking with strangers about how balmy the weather is.

Which is not me saying you shouldn't be cold. It's all relative to what we're used to. I am sick of it being 16 when I drive ltc to school in the morning.

I tried to light my fireplace because it’s surprisingly cold in here, but apparently at some point I turned off the pilot light (I’m not sure when—it’s usually overly warm in here, rather than cold, so I rarely use it) and I don’t know how to turn it back on! Oops. I need a handyperson
