You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

NO! He's like 27!!!!!!

I hates him.

Kids these days. In my day we used digital technology and liked it. None of this new fangled analog hardcopy crap.

"...and then Legolas and the Hulk destroy the entire Greek army." - Penny Arcade

Geez msbelle.

Sounds like he desperately wants it all to be someone else's problem.

Herding cats for fun

Smack that nemesis with his own overloaded packet of paperwork!

I have returned from the outside world safely with my groceries. I actually got to buy toilet paper!!!! AND hand sanitizer! So exciting!

Everyone was calm, wearing masks and politely allowing others plenty of space. That was nice.

Tonight it will be fish tacos, although I have no chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Guess I'll just use some Sriracha for the kick.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Congratulations on successful gathering, Katie Bee!

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

I emailed him again

Did you select for read receipt? I find those annoying when I get them, but I do understand that sometimes CYA is necessary.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I love weaponized bureaucracy.

I just sat out in my backyard and read, and then slayed some vines and weeds. Lots more to kill, mind you, but at least I got some to show for my efforts.

First responders of Cambridge (cops, fire, ambulances) gave the hospitals along Cambridge Street a little parade this morning, so I was part of the small crew from the assisted living that shares the campus with Spaulding that got to stand at the curb and wave. We had signs! There was a photog from the Globe that took our pictures! And it was such a super nice day, too, so a bunch of residents spent some of the time out on our back patio, enjoying some socially safe distancing and sunlight and fresh air.

That sounds nice, Theo

I am SO ANGRY that I can't just be uncomplicatedly pleased that the insider trading pandemic profiteer stepped down from his committees after being served a warrant because that worm McConnell will replace him with someone who will rubber stamp a No Collusion conclusion on everything. ARGH

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I bought muffaletta fixings at the grocery store tonight, and tried them out with the only bread I had in the house, a spare King's Hawaiian roll. Not terrible, but I think it'll be a lot better when I get some loaves of fresh bread from the Italian restaurant (the closest locally available match to muffaletta bread).

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Mmmm.....muffaletta....

I wish I had taken today off like half my office, it seems. But instead I will take the opportunity to do not much work, maybe catch up on work reading, and go for a long walk. Because fuck it!!!!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Earlier this week I was planning on taking half of today off, but a bunch of stuff came in and I had an anxiety attack about not having something done my big boss asked for - so no. I am on a big zoom that only about 10% pertains to me (not that I have access to track even that part). Then I need to shower and head into the office and try to clear another stack of these $%^$^% things from the nemesis.
