I don't even think they stole anything, because there was nothing of value to steal. Everything that was wrecked was hand-made, either by a parishioner or by a crafter commissioned by a parishioner.
That is truly despicable. How terrible.

Ugh...Mr.S has a bad habit of taking things from our(Gary and my) night table drawers, tops of dressers, etc. Worst was when he took the ring drawer from my jewelry box. I found the drawer but not the rings that were in it. Of course, when I ask him where they are, he "doesn't remember". If I had other places to put such things, I would, but I don't.

Jacqueline and her brothers and her father's girlfriend, Wendy, talked with the doctors today. They advised that Gene be taken off the ventilator. This is consistent with his Advance Directive and the family's wishes.
Jacqueline's headed over to the hospital to be with her father while they take him off the ventilator. She'll be the only family member present with him when he passes.
Keep her in your hearts and thoughts.
