That is awesome!
I went to 2nd and Charles, it's a small chain used bookstore/nerd haven/collectibles place. They have mystery boxes of books. I bought a scifi one and it was mostly a bust. I realized it's probably just stuff they can't sell. But yesterday they were there and I bought a comics book one. I was hoping for some weird Marvel titles but it wasn't. Mostly a full run of some DC series that didn't get good reviews and a bunch of Walking Dead which neither M and I like but his cousin's daughter likes them so I gave them all to her. I was happy because I had wanted to do a little extra for her for Christmas and I guess I was able to
Originally I wasn't going to go anywhere because for the last several weeks all my days off have been spent running around. But I went out with M. Was worth it.
Cool, I guess, although I do agree that that makes me feel like we've been sitting here *forever* and I'm not sure I like that part. (another challenge of the vampiric experience I hadn't considered before this)
This feels like the right place to bring up that both my kids are now publishing fic on AO3. So proud to have raised a second generation of weird little nerds.
Same. But just the one kid.
There really hasn't been a post in bitches since last year?
This was the first thread I ever found (2001). Natter was way too busy back in the day to keep up so I lived here.
I like that we both current have the same tagline.
Thought: Many of my Spike itches are nicely scratched by Ilya Rozanov. I feel this shows growth on my part.
Hahaha growth, or just a new phase of the same bad boy becomes a simp cycle?
