Ladies, I know we're told that after a certain age, we should cut off our long hair. But the question is, what do you want your vampire hair length to be? Because it will be that length forever.
My hair's going to stay long, thin and wispy as it is, until either I learn to cut the back of my own head, or I feel safe going to the salon.

Ideally, waist-length hair for me, but I've been trimming the ends pretty often, so it's currently mid-breast length.
Mine was quite long before I came north as I hadn't cut it for about 5 years. I had my SIL cut it to shoulder blade length. I like to be able to twist it up and it makes me feel girly to have long hair.
sigh ... I've given up all hope of becoming a vampire so, being a mere mortal, I keep my hair short
M's been helping me keep the undercut short, but the fall on top is getting all shaggy and shapeless. I'm a big fan of my barber (and he's been great about following protocol), but I'm still not comfortable going to him yet. I'm thisclose to trying to cut it myself.
Mine is a bit longer than shoulder length. I will not cut it shorter, no matter how ancient I get. With my nose, short hair makes me look like a baby parrot.
