I think I might have decided on a condo to buy. Still working out the details, but I'm pretty sure about it. It's a one-story townhouse (I don't know if it's still called a townhouse if it's just one story, but I don't know a better word for it), and very cute. One thing I'll definitely need to do is have a ramp installed in the garage, but other than that, all the accessibility looks good.

It's a bit further from campus than I'd consider ideal, but I think it's a reasonable distance. I'm going to try driving there after work tomorrow, to see what the traffic is like during rush hour. But I know several other people in my department who live in that neighborhood, so it can't be too bad.

Oddly, the garage currently has a boat in it. Also, the steps down to the garage were too steep even for the real estate agent to manage them well.
