It's a bit further from campus than I'd consider ideal, but I think it's a reasonable distance. I'm going to try driving there after work tomorrow, to see what the traffic is like during rush hour. But I know several other people in my department who live in that neighborhood, so it can't be too bad.

Oddly, the garage currently has a boat in it. Also, the steps down to the garage were too steep even for the real estate agent to manage them well.

Sorry guys. I actually did almost run into him in the corridor, but didn't see his face. If it makes you feel any better, from behind, there was some very nice potential. Now they've all gone off for dinner with the PTB (and I don't Be a Power, sorry).
