Buffy: How was school today? Dawn: The usual. A big square building filled with boredom and despair. Buffy: Just how I remember it.

'The Killer In Me'

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Thrive to spite them

Snow finally stopped. Fingers crossed i can get home/work. There is a lot of black ice expected. The worst case scenario at this point is M drives me in his jeep (it has 4wd) hangs out at my house , gets me from work and stays the nighr then Friday we get my car before work.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

his GF is the one who applied for unemployment for him while he sat around and played video games. Every. Single. Time.

Holy crap. I hope gf is in a place where she can totally block him from her life.

Well, they have 2 kids together, and he's going to want visitation rights. (He currently -- or at least until he ended up in jail -- sees them every Thursday evening, since he doesn't live with them and the GF doesn't currently have her driver's license, either. [Yeah, they are a hot goddamn mess.]) So they'll have some kind of contact because of the kids, even if she does tell him their relationship is over.

He says that his daughters are the most important thing in his life, and I believe that's true in an emotional sense (or true to *him*, at least), but the way in which he lives his life does not prove that to be true.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

That aftershock you just felt was from me blowing my nose real hard. It was an 8 on the Richter scale, at least. I still can't breathe, but I can hear again.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Man, I'm on the tail end of a course of steroids for this sinus infection, and I'm about at the end of my rope. I'm sleeping like shit and I want to eat everything, so basically I'm about ready to set something on fire.

Thrive to spite them

I made it to work. I will not be making it home. Mom decided to leave for florida a few hours ago and messaged me the road to home will be iced over after dark. I am trying to figure out alternative. I toom my credit card out of my wallet to be more responsible so Mom will have to try amd get a room for me when she can get cell service. I have no clean clothes or toiletries but I'll make due

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Stay safe askye. Many motels have toiletries on hand, for the asking. Many, many travelers have forgotten any number of things; and plenty of people get stranded in an unplanned motel stay. Worst they can say is no.

Boob smash results are good. A1c results, not so much. I have diabetes. And so I have a brand new glucose meter and prescription for metformin. I can't say I'm enjoying the thought of having diabetes, but given my family history and body type, it was more or less inevitable. I am quite thankful to have the diagnosis at a routine screening rather than via a health crisis. Other things to be thankful for are my cholesterol levels being high but not nearly as bad as I feared, and my pulse being at 79 (in the past it was runnning in the 90s). So the working out has done me noticeable good.

Be safe, askye, and may your motel have toiletries.

WS, diabetes sucks. I'm sorry you have to deal with that. But I'm glad your workouts have helped you.

Not gonna let it get me down.
