Adobe can be set up to talk to Outlook. I have no idea how, but our IT people have ours set up so that you can save emails to PDF. There's a separate Adobe PDF tab in the top ribbon and also the options to Save to PDF or Append to PDF in the right click menu.

Surprise! He just showed! I was like, dang, you're having a long day and he told me his woes of having to pick up deliveries of a truck that broke near him, and that I was one of the last 5, all in this hood, and how all he wanted was pizza.
