Because books.

My boss is a paper fanatic. She's always saying we all need to reuse and recycle, but she prints *emails*.

I finished packing and almost left my apartment without packing spare contact lenses, but I remembered in time! Now we find out what I did forget. I definitely have my passport, though.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Passport and a credit card and you are probably okay.

UPS is almost an hour past the delivery window; I don't think he's coming tonight. Good thing I didn't arrange my day around it! (That wasn't sarcasm, I didn't.)

Figures since it was another crap fire day.

Surprise! He just showed! I was like, dang, you're having a long day and he told me his woes of having to pick up deliveries of a truck that broke near him, and that I was one of the last 5, all in this hood, and how all he wanted was pizza. Wished him pizza and a better day tomorrow & got a big thank you.

Sometimes just listening sympathetically is a good.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

So very tired. (Toddler wrangling takes it out of you.)

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Dagnabbit! I just put together my new tv stand, and I was so sure I had all the parts in the right places, and...nope! So I have to take the whole damn thing back apart. I'm not sure I can bear it tonight.

On the upside, I had skipped most of the screws holding the back on.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh thank goodness, I realized it was an easy fix.

Nice! Reminds me I need to reorganize my spare bits collection.
