FauxSon was worried about me not having enough friends. I mentioned you folks, thought about how "friends online" sounds just a touch creepy, and eventually referred to you guys as "my online crew." Which combines everything in a way that's slightly pathetic in a wanna-be hipster way but is also quite pleasing. I feel like I should be in one of those fake hip-hop album covers which has a bunch of old folks in pastel vacation clothes, old-man hats, and sunglasses.

I think your places are doing flatbread wrong. In my experience, flatbread is like pizza, but without tomato sauce and/or mozzarella cheese, and maybe in a different shape, but not on a cracker.
I was actually just thinking about getting some naan from the supermarket on my way home so I can have goat cheese flat bread for dinner!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
I had what turned out to be THE BEST grilled cheese sandwich this weekend. Gruyere cheese, bacon pieces and corn--yes, corn kernels. It was a great combo of creamy/crunchy and savory/sweet. Can't wait to try it on my husband.
ION, I only have a week more of work from today! On the 1st, I fly off to Michigan and start a new chapter.
