Okay, homemade flatbread with naan and goat cheese is an entirely different thing, and now you need to feed me.

I'm not always here, but when I can't get here, I don't like it at all.
Yes. Need to have my safe little hobbit hole available to bolt into.
There's flatbread and there's flatbread. I think I have some of the cracker kind lying around, although not here actually with me. I don't remember what I brought for lunch. Something, I assume. Perhaps I should check.

Come on over!
Corn Arugula Salad, it turns out. Nice job, morning me.
I got my phone & set it up...I think. I can call it, at least.
I had what turned out to be THE BEST grilled cheese sandwich this weekend. Gruyere cheese, bacon pieces and corn--yes, corn kernels. It was a great combo of creamy/crunchy and savory/sweet. Can't wait to try it on my husband.
ION, I only have a week more of work from today! On the 1st, I fly off to Michigan and start a new chapter.
I love putting corn in a tossed salad, and now I really want to try it in a grilled cheese!

Yay! Excited to have you in the Midwest!
Woo, Scrappy! I am excited for your new chapter and for your new take on grilled cheese.
Corn/bacon/cheese is a killer combo, so I am sure that it would be even better in bread!
And now I'm sad I didn't get corn last weekend.
You know where I bet they have good corn? Michigan.
Excellent point!
Ooh, there's a thing on Sunday at the local wineries and so forth and as part of it the Olive Oil place is selling grilled corn. More incentive to go.
