I can't say that the news left me feeling much in the way of shock and surprise. Though I didn't really see anything that strikes me as hypocritical about his past feminist efforts in light of the news—cheating isn't inherently misogynistic, it's being an asshole to your spouse, who happens in this case to have been a woman.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's the likelihood that he was taking advantage of his position with cast members and fans that goes over that line for me.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Yeah - if he and say, Jenny Calendar were having an affair, maybe OK, but the description of all the "hungry young woman@ kinda made me sick.

Because books.

I think in general it's just kind of scummy to promote yourself as an enlightened feminist and be cheating -- serially -- on your wife, and (probably) taking advantage of your position with young women who know you can advance their careers.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I just got instructed that I need more friends of different backgrounds and lineages by a member of Daniel's extended family so I get a better perspective on things. Apparently my insistence on supporting the wanton destruction of history via the removal of monuments to traitorous losers means I'm part of the problem - misuse of white privilege.

... what? That does not compute to me.

Our wings are not tired.

Oh that is funny, Andi. Sorry, but I just snorted reading that. It has been a bit of a challenge this week in the midst of various friends and family, but I have successfully avoided any political screaming matches involving me punching clueless idiots that blindly support dangerous and bigoted agendas talk. My ability to change topic is one of my superpowers.

I'll withhold judgement on that unless I hear a complaint from any of his former employees about being pressured into having sex.
