So I've been stressing out the last couple of weeks about this thing that is due TODAY, and I've been procrastinating big time and waiting until the ABSOLUTE LAST MOMENT, and I just went and finished it and it only took a half hour, and it wasn't a big deal. Huh.

Tom, that is the story of my life. I've been trying to implement a "do the thing, don't overthink the thing" policy at work, but I have better days than others.

So, do you guys remember I told you I had an interview with the National Archives in London? It went really well! They offered me the job! Then, it seems I misunderstood the immigration question on the application. Although I was eligible to apply for the job, I am not eligible to work in the UK, and they are not able to sponsor me for a visa. So job offer was withdrawn! It's been a roller coaster of a week.

This morning I subscribed to The Washington Post and read about four articles on how Trump sucked last night.

I haven't even had a chance to read the articles yet, but I am delighted that I stayed up way past my bedtime to watch the show. I am proud of my candidate.
