Oh, Sue. That blows.
I'm glad she's doing better, Gud.
I am logged into an all-hands meeting, but instead of paying attention, I'm watching Fringe.

Sue! What a roller coaster indeed. Sorry for the disappointment, but yay for being offered the job.
Oh man, Sue! That is a roller-coaster. If nothing else, I hope you take away from this (and the Poland thing) that you are a hot ticket! And can definitely get a new job you (a) want and (b) are eligible for.
So I've been stressing out the last couple of weeks about this thing that is due TODAY, and I've been procrastinating big time and waiting until the ABSOLUTE LAST MOMENT, and I just went and finished it and it only took a half hour, and it wasn't a big deal. Huh.
That is always, always the way. Always.
That's a terrible roller coaster, Sue.
Came by to see comments on the shit show debate and want to extend my good thoughts to Gud and family. How utterly terrifying for all of you. Sending so many healing wishes your way.
Thanks guys. I am still pretty gutted, but I do realize it was a compliment that they wanted me.
Continuing the ~ma, Gud.
Wow, Sue! That's a lot to react to.
My candied bacon came out ok but the hard boiled eggs did not. Story of my life.
I am glad to hear your daughter is doing better, Gud. Much continued ~ma to all of you
Tom, that is the story of my life. I've been trying to implement a "do the thing, don't overthink the thing" policy at work, but I have better days than others.
This is sometimes why theatre is great- there is a certain point at which you just have to do the thing, or the thing doesn't get done!
So, do you guys remember I told you I had an interview with the National Archives in London? It went really well! They offered me the job! Then, it seems I misunderstood the immigration question on the application. Although I was eligible to apply for the job, I am not eligible to work in the UK, and they are not able to sponsor me for a visa. So job offer was withdrawn! It's been a roller coaster of a week.
Oh my goodness! THat would give me a heart attack.
The newscaster from the local TV station that does the news for the radio station I listen to in the car was very carefully saying things like "They attacked each other" and "it seemed kind of even" and "there was a weird tone to the debate, Rosie O'Donnell was even mentioned!" Oh, and "polls are saying technically that Hillary won, but 27% called it for Trump." Yeah, technically. Sigh.
Gudanov, what a relief!
Sue, in your shoes I'd likely be gnawing a limb off to get there.
