I, for one, wasn't looking forward to starting my day with a slaughter. Which, really, just goes to show how much I've grown

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Gus, thank you for the update. You and your daughter have been in my thoughts all day.

Our wings are not tired.

May all have restful and renewing evenings. I am exhausted and up way the heck past my bedtime. Good night my precious Buffistas.

Gud, thinking of you all, and sending much love across the Atlantic.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Gud, wishing you strength and love and healing to you, your daughter, and your family.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So glad to hear she's doing better, Gud.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I avoided the debate and any news last night. This morning I subscribed to The Washington Post and read about four articles on how Trump sucked last night.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

That good to hear, Gud.

So I've been stressing out the last couple of weeks about this thing that is due TODAY, and I've been procrastinating big time and waiting until the ABSOLUTE LAST MOMENT, and I just went and finished it and it only took a half hour, and it wasn't a big deal. Huh.

When this is all over, the Post should sent Trump a gift basket thanking him for banning them, and all the revenue that has resulted from that.
