Right. Piano. Because that's what we used to kill that big demon that one time. No, wait. That was a rocket launcher.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Good luck with that, Suzi.

Glad that worked out, Jesse.

I am pretty inactive, Tom, but I passively enjoy following you.

Ooh, it's Health Fair day, I get a free massage. Woohoo!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm going to be doing that soon, Suzi, but that's no help to you now, sorry.

Verdict from my new endocrinologist: my thyroid is fine, I'm not hypothyroid, no really we checked everything it's all totally normal. Next step, the sleep study, to find out if I have sleep apnea (probably) and if so get me a CPAP (ugh do not want).

CPAPs are not as bad as I thought they'd be. It only took a couple of days to get used to mine. I'm at the lowest pressure, though. Hubby's was practically a gale-force pressure, it was like getting pummeled in the face to try his.

I hope your insurance will agree to pay for the sleep study, those damned things are expensive.

My insurance supposedly covers the sleep study. We are trying to determine if I have sleep apnea or narcolepsy. I think. Maybe it is to rule out sleep apnea.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Apropos of sleep apnea (which I swear M has): Peanut has a stuffed nose, so when she woke up in the middle of the night last night, I brought her into our bed to nurse her down. That was going well, she was starting to drift off, when M (who had been on his side facing away from us and snoring gently) flopped onto his back and let out an earth-shattering series of snores, pauses, and honks. Peanut slowly opened her eyes and was looking at me as if to say, "you want me to sleep under THESE conditions?" I busted out laughing and chose to walk her the rest of the way down.

Things I have heard my coworker Tom say to library patrons calling on the phone today, "I understand you're looking for people who research mind control?" "I understand you're looking for books on Adolf Hitler?"

ION the 4th grade science fair was this morning, and Dillo's project on "why moving things look further away than still thing when you're in a car" was fine and all, but was completely eclipsed by his BFF's project "which would you prefer to eat, a square brownie or a fecal-shaped brownie?" Best fourth grade science project EVER!

Nice, Peanut, nice. I can just see her eyes staring into yours.

The weather is nice enough that I've been working outside again today. Jack has been keeping me company and has been a much better coworker today than yesterday. He was Sir-Barks-A-Lot yesterday.

Dammit, why is it that the people who pay the most for eBay items are the slowest to pay for them?
