He's pretty excited about new therapies that will come out in a year or so, says like three pharma companies are racing to bring it to market.
He's the other migraine guy in my neuro office. My doctor has mentioned "things to come out", but a year is ridiculously long far away.
I know I need ADs adjusted, but first I must find a psych who specialises in (or understands) chronic pain patients, and neither my pain nor my migraine doc knows of one. My migraine doc says that psychs treat people with my medication profile like addicts, and...you can see my hesitation.

I read a bunch of those articles a month or so back, and really tripped over the concept of the "California" burrito, which contains carne asada and french fries. Because WTF. My BIL has been here half his life, and he has never even heard of this phenomenon. Definitely a southern California thing.

Or not, as I've lived here my whole life and never heard of it. In my head, the big division between Nor Cal burritos and So Cal is whether or not you put rice in it, not french fries.
There's a Peruvian dish called saltado that mixes fries in with steak and veggies and sauce, maybe it's a riff on that?
