Help me, hivemind: easy recipes for cooking a thick boneless pork chop?
I'd just spread butter on both sides, salt it, and pan saute over medium heat for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping it every 3 or so. Drizzle each side with honey before the last 2 flips to get some nice extra browning/carmelization.

Regardless of how you cook the chops, do cook up some apples to have on the side. Classic!
