I ran to Sonic for Happy Hour drinks. I thought I would do that all the time at this job as Sonic is just down the road, but I rarely do it. Since today is becoming one of the SLOWEST DAYS IN HISTORY, I decided I needed a vanilla coke to make it through.

I don't tend to cook much pork (bacon aside), because it always seems to come out too dry for me. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Overcooking, I bet, but also it's so dry because they've bred all the fat out -- if you care, brining helps.

I think I always overcook pork, which is why I don't use it very often.
I usually chop the apples up, mix them with breadcrumbs, butter, pepper, Jamaican version of Worcestershire sauce, slice the pork chops open and stuff them and then bake or saute (depending on if I'm going to look or not) for 10-14 minutes.
