I'm feeling bad that we didn't get to say goodbye to Aunt C. We thought we were going to lose her several times before and we always visited her in the hospital, but there was no warning this time. It's always sudden. I'm sad that ltc won't remember her.

So tomorrow I see the dentist.
I'm freaked out about what will happen. But I told them on the phone my issues, i have earbuds. I'll probably listen to Hamilton if I need to. I have therapy before.
Thankfully dentists don't take blood pressure. I went to the doctor today about my toe nail (verdict it looks fine, it hurts becuase the new nail is pushing the older part out, come back in two weeks) but my bp at the beginning was 143 over something. Sot hey checked it at the end and after breathing exercises it wa down to 137. They let me go.
I need to remember to take earbuds with me there because the waiting room is always noisy and then at one point I could hear the staff talking about the changes to their insurance plans and some stories about difficulties dealing with it and I'm pretty sure that's what I got things so bad.
But Wednesday I'm going to meet... I guess I can say a friend,. someone I met in group therapy... to do art at my therapists.

Today sucks. My alarm didn't go off I was late to therapy. Forgot to take my meds. Was going to finally see the dentist and just broke down
Called to cancel and explain. Asked to reschedule trying to be at least a little responsible and git a talk about how valuable their time is and they woildnt charge a cancellation fee this time bit next time they would. I get that I just wanted to reschedule and she kept saying that next time if this happens that they'd charge for cancelling so late because people are waiting. And I hung up.
So I can cross that dentist office off the list.
I just wanted to be as reasonable as I could and I wasn't. Now I have to calm down to drive home.
