Oh, and the doctor is overweight himself, so I didn't get any Judgey McJudgeface crap about how all my problems would be fixed if I just lost some weight.
God bless my doctor's triple chins--though he's been losing weight lately, so I may be in for lectures.
Man, I need a fat doctor. (Though, to be fair, Awesome Doctor doesn't give me grief about my weight, so I shouldn't complain.)
So I saw the new doctor this morning. He did take time to listen.
That's a really good thing!
That sounds promising, Zen.
That does sound really promising, Zen. I hope it's really helpful, and I'm interested to hear how it goes.
That all sounds really good, Zen
Zen, that sounds very promising. Yay, Zen's doctor!
I have achieved lentil soup in the crock pot! I was supposed to make it yesterday, but ltc was a crank monster who wouldn't be put down for any reason. But today is better anyway because it means I can pick up the new Patricia Briggs from the library when TCG gets home from work, and magically dinner will be ready when I get home.
Zen, I hope this is new and good start for you!
Zen, I hope one or all of your doctor's suggestions turn out to be useful.
I've started doing yoga, for certain definitions of "yoga". Have I mentioned it here? It's 45 minutes of gentle poses and half an hour of finding new ways to lie comfortably while a kind person covers me with a blanket. It's very soothing.
Calli, that sounds like my kind of yoga!
