Typo. Should be "ground."
But she made buttons to sell! She has them on her tumblr, telling people she's going to sell them. Has she honestly not noticed this whole time there's a typo, or has the typo attained a life of its own? That is what I'm wondering. That, and if it's too early for ice cream.
Also wondering why I have no pie. But all outside for today is not going to happen. No sirree, big pain time.
Skipping on the other end of shabbat because, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is askye's birthday.
Happy birthday, askye! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!
If there is one thing I know, it's that it is not too early for ice cream.
Many happy returns, askye!
ita !, are these guys raising practical objections to you racking them in krav classes/tests where the threat of rape/death is only simulated, or are they saying it's not fair to do it to actual attackers out in the world?
Because frankly, if the situation justifies using lethal force to start with, it doesn't seem to me that it matters much if "eunuch" is an intermediary step on the way to corpsedom for the attacker.
And they don't understand my terse "Don't attack me then." Because there's a code. And there's an order. And there's something beyond fearing for my life, and groin shots are not appropriate if I'm only trying to save my life or avoid being raped. They have to be saved for something more important.
I'm gonna have to go with a Nut Attack being wholly appropriate for dudes who actually believe this line of reasoning. Possibly a Bobbiting. WTFF dudes. Please don't reproduce and also go fuck yourself.
Happy Birthday askye.
What you're doing here MIGHT COMPROMISE THEIR MASCULINITY. And, see, there are some things you don't do, even in self defense.
Yeah, just today the Master Sensei was talking about how a knee/punch/kick to the groin is perfectly appropriate on the street. He was talking about it in conjunction to being choked and making the attacker let go. But really, applies to any attack.
Thanks for all the well wishes. The temps stayed reasonable while we were working outside. My shoulder held up fine, but I did about 150 crunches instead of push-ups over the course of the 4 hour test. I came home, showered, cleaned up the apartment a bit, and am now catching up with my invisible friends. Your support really helped as I felt less prepared for this belt test over any of my other belt tests.
You go, Suzi. That's probably as many crunches as I've done in the last 10 years.
Happy b-day, askye!
