oh man, I am glad I decided to go to TJs tomorrow instead of tonight. My wallet may not be, but I am.

Hey, Kat if you are around, as a CA teacher, what do you think of Props 30 and 38?
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Was looking at recipes--pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese (brown sugar? pecan? maple?) frosting, or filled with maple mascarpone (but then what do I put ON them?) I love filled cupcakes, but am never sure how to handle filling vs. frosting.
Some kind of opposites? Maple mascarpone filling, pecan cream cheese frosing?
Yeah, I'm worried that with mascarpone filling, cream cheese frosting might be overboard....
Yeah, I guess they aren't all that different. Pecan mascarpone filling, maple WHIPPED CREAM frosting!
He would do that. Mostly because he'd still be awake playing Angry Birds on his tablet.
In that case, he might come out at 4 am and throw an exploding bird over your shoulder to get you back into bed.
I have to report that my pork tenderloin with vegetables and red wine and dried figs turned out awesome. My dog just tried to lick my plate.
NOM.
Here's the recipe, if anyone wants it: [link]
I had my grandmother's pork with tofu recipe tonight. It is simple and delicious and proteiny.
On my trainer's sample menu, one of her snack meals is protein shake with pumpkin and I was all, what is this deliciousness and how do I have it?
That does sound delicious, 'suela!
Ooh, whipped cream icing is totally an idea. I've also been thinking of a pumpkin-butter (or sweet-potato butter) filling, and cream cheese icing.

Liese,
this sounds like overkill. Is there a sauce that goes with this?
I hate all of you people, especially the ones with Trader Joe's.
