Sort of like when I explained the Porterhouse steak to my college friends who'd never had one. They were already loving the T-bone part of the steak, and then I pointed out that the other part of the steak was filet mignon and you could literally cut it with a fork.

My Dad used to get these extra thick cut Porterhouse steaks and cook them on his grill. Sooooo good.

Totally untrue, Maria. Tough I know when you're in that funk it's hard to believe. Or you start thinking "we'll if they REALLY knew me they wouldn't say that". Also untrue...but regardless we know you well enough to know that you are a wonderful person.
