[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
OK, TJ's carrying burrata is NOT HELPING my diet plan.
Mine either, but it was delicious.
sj, I found a place not five minutes from me that sells burrata - and amazing hoagies, apparently - and I am going there tomorrow. Thanks to you, I now have new and delicious cheese to try.
I have no idea what burrata is but I want to try it next time we are near a TJ.

I told the guy working the check out line at TJ's that it is mozzarella on crack. He was very amused. It's a soft mozzarella cheese (the fresh kind stored in water) with cream inserted in the middle.
Mmmmmmm... cheeeeeeeeese. t /Homer Simpson voice

WHUT.
It's so good. You're already eating super fresh, rich delicious mozzarella and then...AND THEN..The Creaminess.
Sort of like when I explained the Porterhouse steak to my college friends who'd never had one. They were already loving the T-bone part of the steak, and then I pointed out that the other part of the steak was filet mignon and you could literally cut it with a fork.
I never knew that's what makes Porterhouse special.

It's a T-bone steak with a filet mignon on the other side of the bone!
My Dad used to get these extra thick cut Porterhouse steaks and cook them on his grill. Sooooo good.
